Wallet Not Working Properly

I do not get prompted to type password when I login even thou I have changed to prompt for pass on login and when I try to change to also prompt when open web browser the setting does not get saved.

    Please right click on the Bitdefender icon located in system tray and from the menu select "Update Now". Reboot the PC if requested, then check if the issue persists.

    Its not working for me either.


    I use Google Chrome and have the wallet setting to ask for my password when opening the browser which does not happen all the time, and does not prompt to fill login info when logging into websites.


    I am running Win 7 Ultimate, SP1 all up to date

    Have you got it set to "always allow" in Chrome plug-ins?


    (Open google chrome, then enter in the address bar chrome://plugins and tick "Bitdefender Password Manager NPAPI Plugin" always allow.)

    Yep. Checked all browsers and same issue. Just stopped working.

  • Then I suggest you raise a support ticket, you can find the link bottom right of the BD GUI "Help & Support" or top right of MyBitdefender "Support>Email"
