Administrator And User Settings

When I am logged on to Windows 8.1 as administrator Bitdefender it is set so that it does not scan DVDs, such as purchased movie DVDs. This has been done under Settings>Antivirus>Exclusions.

However when another user on the same PC logs on, Settings>Antivirus>Exclusions contains a greyed out 'autoscan' selection for DVDs which cannot be changed and is different to the Administrator setting.

Running Bitdefender as Administrator while logged on as this user does not assist.

Is any one able to advise me now to set the user settings in the way I want to.
