Password Reset For Bitdefender Total Security 2014

I installed Total Security 2014 a few days ago and have forgot the password I used to prevent changes to Total Defense setup. Can this password be reset somehow or can I re-install the software to clear the password?

    When attempting to click on the link in this post, the link takes me to the generic support page (requesting client type, product type and type of assistance needed). When clicking through the prior mentioned obstacles, I am still unable to find the information mention on how to reset the password for BitDefender Total Security.


    Could the directions please be added to the forum?

    If you have lost or forgotten the password for the Bitdefender GUI you will have to contact Bitdefender support either by email (http://www.bitdefender.com/support/contact-us.html) or from the GUI dropdown "Help and Support".
