New Total Security Won't Install

Just purchased new Total Security and when I try to download I get a message that there's a missing file.


When I check the Bitdefender folder it's completely empty. I opened a ticket #2014041817140001 and


followed the directions which had me download an uninstaller tool and re-download TS. I've done that


three times and always the same result.


One thing about the uninstall tool is that it cycles through six times, once for each Bitdefender product.


Also, the selection box is blacked out but I can still read All Bitdefender Products and there is no selection


for an individual product.


I previously had Kaspersky IS and did a complete uninstall before purchasing Bitdefender.


I've not had any other security software on this computer.
