Hiya ceren,
It seems you have in-putted a password to protect changes in the GUI, you either have to remember it, uninstall the product completely (using the BD Uninstall tool) and then reinstall or contact Bitdefender for help. There is no way of finding it or asking for a reset with that password.0 -

There is no need to reinstall Bitdefender as this will not delete the product password.
Instead, please run the tool indicated via PM in Safe Mode to remove the product password.

The MyBitdefender password has nothing to do with the password used for protecting the GUI - unless you use the same one which would be a bit silly.Hi, I have the same problem.
