Network Activity Always Shows 0

I installed Total Security on a fresh installation of Windows 8.1 x64 and I have found one issue that seems a bit odd. When I click on Manage Adapters in the Firewall component, Network Activity always shows 0 for both incoming and outgoing. Even after leaving the computer on for hours and downloading large files, the network activity always shows 0. Any ideas why this would be happening?

    Hello Tollbooth,

If you are still dealing with this issue, please post here a support tool log to further investigate the case:

    http://www.bitdefender.com/support/how-to-...t-log-1168.html

    or

    http://bitdefender.com/diagnostic

You may not be able to upload the BDSP_ log resulted on your Desktop here as it is too big so you can put it on www.sendspace.com and post the download link.

    Thank you!

    Hi Georgia,

I opened a support ticket on this problem a few days ago and provided the requested logs, but there hasn't been a solution yet.

    Thanks for your response.

Georgia, I opened a support ticket on this problem back on April 12, they gave me some steps to try to fix the issue, but ultimately nothing worked. It's been six weeks since the last contact and now support doesn't reply to my emails. Would you be able to find out what the problem is and why I'm being ignored?

I have 17.28.0.1191 installed, the most current version available to me. Windows firewall is definitely disabled. I've got the latest network drivers for my board also.

I've seen this issue before. If you don't mind, try running a repair on the install (Does not always work for this issue), or alternately, uninstall it completely using the Bitdefender uninstall tool. Then re-install, and see if the issue remains.

These steps have resolved the issue for me in the past.

Thanks for your help. I've uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times under the directions of the BD support people, but for some strange reason, this issue persists. It doesn't seem like a huge deal, so I think I'll just give up on it.
