Bitdefender 2015 Memory Usage

I have come across an interesting article describing bitdefender internet security 2015 and under the pros/cons section there was "No impact on the computer performance" and "It stops responding if you try to cancel the scan job in the middle", check it here. Regarding the first notice I have checked on my own system (see the screenshot below) and it looks that the memory usage was about 20 MB, isn't it a little bit high? Regarding the second I have different results, so sometimes it stops responding and sometimes no, any comments?
