I'm thinking of purchasing Total Security 2015 the up to 3 pc's version, quick question regarding the up to 3 pc's can one of these licence's be used to install Bitdefender's
mobile phone Security or are all the 3 licence's for pc's / laptops only?

As far as I am aware you need a separate program for Mobile Security. If you want to include your mobile devices you want Bitdefender Total Security Multi-Device.
