Bitdefender Registration Fails

Hi,


I installed the free 2013 version.


When I click on the login button, I always get a message that the internet connection has failed, check the connection and try again.


The connection is fine and I can browse different sites on the internet.


Have done several uninstall and re-installs but no luck.


O/S is Windows XP SP3
