I have Verizon Fios for internet-tv & phone. Ever since downloading BD Internet Security 2008, the program won't work. I've uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Something is getting blocked from having it download correctly to make it useable.


It enables me to view my picture on my HD TV. Also, Verizon Games on Demand will not work. All my other programs are fine.


Any ideas...Please help.

    I have 2 programs both Verizon Fios related that will not work since getting BD 2008 Internet Security. One program allows me to view pictures on my TV and the other allows me to play games on line.


    I've unstalled and reinstalled to no avail. I've chatted on line, sent the troubleshooting reports and have not heard anything.


    Is anyone else having a problem downloading certain applications? I have these installed on other computers without BD 2008 and all is well.

    Regarding your problem, it could be because of the firewall. Please try to use the programes with BD firewall disabled, and tell us if they work properly.
