    I see here that the support team provided you with a guide, the guide and the tool are very user friendly. Also this reply should have been directed to the support team not on the forums.


  • Thanks for your kind reply and assistance as I saw this before I found the chat avenue to my Tier 1 Support Agent, and appreciate your added remarks and instructions to assist.  This additional layer of forum information could provide deeper insight into the layered support for BD Developers and Maintainers, especially as I worked the IT Security research and development industry before retiring.
