BD Antivirus Plus 2018, Problem with ATD

Hi,

Advanced Threat Defence is a nice tool, but what can I do, to tell him: leave my files in peace?

Every time, when I compile a program or try to debug, BD blocks some debugfiles by ATD. The debug files are no exe files, so I cannot put this files in the whitelist.

So I have to switch off the ATD, but then every time I got the warning message, that this is disabled.

What can I do, to protect my own files, from which I know, that they are ok.

  • I am also having a ton of issues with ATD, it's catching all kinds of development tools that I'm using, and a lot of them have a fairly long list of .exe (think bash cygwin). I'm not sure what changed but adding every single .exe to the whitelist would be a huge pain
