Websites blocked (false positives) after reinstall

in Bitdefender antivirus free edition


I have just clean reinstalled Win 10 and BitDefender free.  For some unknown reason, just about all websites seem to be blocked now, but prior to this, this PC running the same OS and antivirus had no issues with the same websites.  I have 2 other PCs using Win 10 with BitDefender free and they have no issues with the same webpages.


I'd appreciate any assistance as I've exhausted whatever knowledge I had trying to fix this and gone back to Avast on this 1 PC.
