unable to connect to server?


Hi


I've been using Bitdefender antivirus free for a pretty good time, yesterday i noted that the agent no longer could connect to server... i tried to solve this but did not succeed, as to why i tried to uninstall and install a fresh installation....


I've since tried installing, the free antivirus, a trial of internet security, and a trial of antivirus 2019, but all is unable to connect to server..


How is this suddenly a problem? - i've not altered any of my network settings, is there a specific port that needs to be open, let me know, as i think this could be the case?


It's not a firewall issue, as every program for each installation is granted online access

  • What about disabling your firewall for awhile to see how is going on??


  • I should have mentioned that i've allready did try that, and that did not solve the problem.

  • Well did not manage to solve the issue, so instead of having a Bitdefender program sitting idle because it's not possible to login i decided to go with another brand...


    Im not here to complain as this is a free service after all...
