Cannot sign in to Bitdefender

I have been using BD Free for many months. I'm using Windows 10 Pro with all updates.


Three days ago I noticed that BD was on the Activate / Sign in screen. When I clicked on "Sign in to Bitdefender" nothing happened. I have uninstalled BD, used the uninstall tool and reinstalled several times, rebooting between each stage. I cannot get past the Sign In screen. There is no other third party AV nor Antimalware software on my PC.


I can see that this has happened to others but I have not found a solution. Can anyone give me some guidance?
