Bitdefender System Scan Stalled
Recently, my Bitdefender Full System Scan has been unable to finish. It just continues to scan the same file over and over but it will not move on to the next file. It gets stuck at 4% on file winrnr.dll. I can't even tell if I have a virus because my bitdefender refuses to finish the scan. I've tried killing the process, but it refuses to. I've tried restarting my computer but it just hangs, forcing me to do a force shut down of my computer system. I've tried a full re-install all the Bitdefender, but it still refuses to finish a full system scan. I'm getting frustrated and I don't know what else to do. Any help would be great, please.

Well, good to know it's not my computer. It's Bitdefender becoming a useless and unstable program.

My brand new CyberPowerPC on win 10 is also experiencing the same issue. Stuck at 4% but on a different file. Tried reinstall and update, creating another custom scan, now stuck at 3% with no file info showing. How do I get the previous build of TS2019? It was working fine 2 days ago.0 -
