lagging during update

i have one problem during update.

Core i5, 4GB, AMD HD5650, 1TB HDD(Recent product), Windows 7 Home;

During Bitdefender IS 2019 updating,

Everything is normal. CPU, RAM, HDD, Network usage is totally normal.

but, Network almost stop everything.

All browsers also same. page is not loading just stop. very slow.

it happend always even 2018 version also. and i did already few times re install my windows. but same situation always happen.

in Resource monitor, during update, pagefile writing but not so big.

anyone know why this happend ?

actually i want kick out bitdefender. i use ESET and COMODO in ohter my PC. but they are fine during update.
