Adding a DDNS as a exception.

The fire wall blocks my webdav connection to my NAS shares.  My IP is dynamic so I randomly have to update it.

It seems I cannot my DDNS address, only a IP.

Any solutions?

Thanks.

  • Hi,

You can try an ip range , for example 192.168.0.0/24 will be accepted by the program, but the usefulness of this will depend on how much the IP of your NAS can change.

  • I have the same problem.

The Technical Dept does not have any solution at the moment.

They tell me to fill in an IP number/range, but this is just the problem with a dynamic IP number.

I use WebDav to have my data on the NAS available anywhere in the world.

Current solution is to stop the Bitdefender firewall. Then it connects to my data.

Well then I might as well dispose of Bitdefender
