I'm having to disable all security to use a program.
I've been using a program called WeMod (https://www.wemod.com/) that allows me to access some cheats for my singleplayer games. I guess because this program alters other software (basically required to use the trainers to cheat in the game), Bitdefender automatically sees it as a threat and kills it. It's a program I know from a trusted source. I've been adding everything I can find about WeMod to exceptions in order to get Bitdefender to lay off. So, for now, I'm having to completely shut down Bitdefender just to use a trusted program. That's a solution I really don't like...but I'm running out of options here.

Cheats, cracks and mods for games will always be detected by Bitdefender because it alters the software and this is considered a malicious activity.
The only way to use this kind of software is to add an exclusion by following the steps in the below articles:
- Exclude them from being scanned by the Advanced Threat defense module: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/2393/
- Exclude them from being scanned by the Bitdefender Shield: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/13427/0
