AVPlus2019 and ms firewall discrepancy
Running Antivirus Plus 2019 on a Desktop and on a Laptop. No issues on the desktop.
The laptop shows on the ms security interface: Open Bitdefender firewall.
Looking at ms defender shows the ms firewall is On.
Re-installed win10 64 home, laptop shows correct ms security interface.
After some time (not the same session) the incorrect interface shows again.
The reason for re-install was a very slow logon after Win 1903.
After that it was much better. Now back to very slow logon. There are no suspicious or unneeded startup items.
What is going on with Bitdefender that it keeps ms telling that it has the firewall, while it does not have a firewall?

Antivirus Plus does not have a Firewall. Please send us a screenshot with the message from Bitdefender that it has a Firewall.
Regarding the slow logon, please provide us more details.

It is Windows Security that shows Bitdefender as firewall which needs attention, while Defender's firewall is running. Caused by updating to Win10 1903 ?

Upon (re-)-installing BD AV Plus , now the 2020 version, the described anomalies were gone.
Logon speed is more or less back to the original level.
Will monitor the laptop a few days, but all seems ok now.

Detail: when the previous BD was uninstalled, ms windows prompted to start its ms defender firewall :-), was it not running before the uninstall? The desktop did not prompt for starting the ms defender firewall .... Both show correct windows security interface now.
