Safepay prompts the message "Website Error" (ex:Bitdefender Antivirus 2020 reinstalling itself on b
A week ago I was requested by support to reinstall Bitdefender Antivirus 2020 due to an issue with Safepay blocking my bank url, I did as requested and it fixed the issue but yesterday when I booted my computer Bitdefender began the reinstall process which I allowed to complete and thought nothing of it until this morning when the process of reinstallation started again on boot up. It looks like Bitdefender goes into a reinstall loop Everytime the system is booted up and it's very frustrating having to wait till the process finishes. Any assistance would be most appreciated

My advice in this case would be to fully uninstall Bitdefender in order to perform a clean reinstallation. You can uninstall Bitdefender by running the tool in the link below:

Thanks I tried this and it seems to work but now i have a different issue with Safepay not letting me log into my Bank url
I uninstalled Bitdefender Antivirus Plus azs you suggested and it reinstalled automatically, the version installed was 2019 after that the Safepay issue disappeared but a few minutes later version 2020 update installed silently and after that the Safepay issue occured and i am unable to login into my bank with safepay (as the picture below shows) but i can login through my normal web browser. What the..........
So from this finding I can only assume that version 2020 has a problem with Safepay in some manner. I don't no why but it does screw up Safepay.
I have tried various settings in 2020 to find what might be causing it but no luck, so the problem lies somewhere in Bitdefender Antivirus Plus 2020.
Is there any way to stop the updates until a fix is available ?
