Access to my workplace file server

I have recently installed Internet Security 2020 onto my Windows 10 laptop and as a result lost access to the workplace file server. I had one chance to re-map the network drive using File Explorer (which exposed the source of the problem as not being Windows 10) but now the network server is not even visible - anywhere on my computer.
