"Normally", if you renew your subscription, the additional year(s) are added to the days remaining on your current subscription. Sometimes, it can take a day before you see that occur. If it does not add in your new renewal, you will need to contact BD Tech Support at bitsy@bitdefender.com. Also, you should know that you will run into issues if you upgrade or downgrade your subscription; for example, renewing Internet Security by selecting to renew Total Security.

You will get billed twice and the auto renew doesn't discount at all. Support is slow to refund. So auto renew is a nightmare on this software.

In PayPal it is possible to stop auto-renewal :D
