Scary message while booting up about my anti-virus
When I turned my computer on this morning I saw before it actually booted was something about my anti-virus.
I don't know verbatim but it was vaguely saying my anti-virus was deleting files.
Just very strange as I've never seen this message before
Does Bitdefender clean files before launch or what because this is the first I've seen of this?
Thanks!

@Kal
By default, an early boot scan is enabled under the Protection, Anti-Virus, Settings, Advanced. Scroll down and disable it if you do not want Bitdefender to do an early boot scan.
I hope that helps. Have a great day.

Thanks Phil! Figured that much but never saw it before.

If bitdefender finds any file that is malicious and currently used by system, it is unable to delete that file at that particular moment of time, so it automatically schedules a boot time removal of the malware on the next run. This is different from boot time scan.
