BD keeps asking to log in

Hello there,

i have just downloaded BD family multi-platform on my Macbook Pro. But I cannot move anywhere further as the BD account window keeps asking me to log in, which I do. then the window closes and nothing happens, I click on the icon again and again it asks me to log in..... the cycle repeats.

    I am now having the same problem. And also whenever I restart my Macbook Pro Bitdefender Central tells I have to delete the program and download Bitdefender all over again. I turned off Little Snitch thinking that might be the problem, but still the same issue. Bitdefender worked fine until a few months weeks ago. any suggestions most welcome.
