Cannot access VPN, PW not recognized
Cannot open VPN. I get an Error 12 message. The PW is correct. Keeps being refused.
Tried to reset new PW after receiving E-mail code. Still cannot login.
I also have an open ticket for another problem. No reply in one month ! All this doesn't bode well.
Why can't a paying subscriber get help when needed? Will BD ever set things straight once for all?
