Buggy Start Of Scan Of Bd Is2008

Hi


Why BD IS 2008 is hanging and actually doing nothing in 50% of times I click on the deep (or infact any other type) scan from the main program interface ? Only when I'm lucky I get the scan running immediatly ....Can you answer me ?

    Hello mahanddeem,


    If it sometimes happen restarting the BitDefender Communicator service can solve it. Please press the windows button together with r now type services.msc press enter. Left click on BitDefender Communicator at the left side press on restart service. See if you can now immediately click on deep scan,... ?

    This isn't practical...Isn't it ? Can't the guys at BD to repair it by a patch or something ?!!?!
