Install on a new device

I have BDTS with 10 licenses. I have been able to install on 4 devices with no problems, but am having trouble with my new Win 11 laptop. I can download the exe file but it won't install? Thanks in advance.

    • Internet Explorer version 11 is a software requirement for BD so use that Browser.

    @Alps74 I have noticed that your subscription now covers 5 devices out of 10 available slots for protection.

    Have you managed to install protection on the latest device? What is the name of the device?
