How to adjust cloud console timezone

Hello,
i notice that my timezone on my console is -5 from my local timezone. I am currently on Asia and using GMT+8 timezone. Can you advise how to adjust the timezone on my console so it will sync on my local timezone?
THis will be an issue for us during incident investigation also if the time is not synced with our machine timezones.

Yeah, I haven't gotten parental control schedules to work on my kid's computer for over a year. Finally got sick of it and have lodged a ticket. I don't think they know how to fix it. As far as I know, there is NOWHERE to set your time zone in central.
