Gjoksi and Scott,
I was grabbing the widget from the center of the widget, therefore no movement. You showed me to grab the widget from the small black area outside the green circle, so now it can be moved.
Disappointed it can't be re-sized but maybe that option will be added in the future.
Thanks to both of you for this simple solution.

Hello.
Does the circle look like this:
If so, it's called "Security widget", you can move it, but you can't resize it.
BUT, you can turn it off by doing this: open the Bitdefender program, go to Settings -> General and disable "Security widget".
Regards.
EDIT: @Scott Thanks for correcting me about the movement of the widget

And to add to Gjoksi, you can also enable the Widget by right-clicking the BD system tray icon to show or hide it. Either way, it looks like you somehow found it 😊
Also, if you place your cursor on the Widget, and hold down the left side of your mouse, keyboard mouse, you can drag it to wherever you want. You can also drag and drop files into it to be scanned. You can also hide the widget by ticking the white X when you put your cursor on it. Then again, re-enabling it by right click system tray icon, or going into settings.
