Trouble Moving To New Subscription. Any Help?

I have a Total Security subscription that ends in a few days, so I activated another product key for the Family Pack:

I want to move my Windows PC to the new subscription, so I clicked "Install protection" under the Family Pack, downloaded the install file and ran it. I got a security prompt from Windows that I replied "Yes" to, and then nothing happened. No install interface ever comes up.

Can anybody tell me what's going on?

    Don't forget to stop the auto-renewal for the old Bitdefender Total Security subscription, by following these steps:

    Just follow the steps as described in Method 1, because some users in the past reported that the steps from Method 2 didn't stop the auto-renewal.

    From my personal experience, Method 1 did and still does the job for stopping the auto-renewal.
