Win32.worm.vb.nud!

Help me please!


My PC was infected by win32.worm.vb.nud (scan by bitdefender internetsecurity 9 update 24july2008)


How I can solve it.


Because it was block my drive(I can't access any drive that I have).


It showed D:\ms-dos.com when I click any drive C:, D:, E:, F: .


And My bitdefender was show "detect win32.worm.vb.nud bitdefender has block it. Your computer not infected". But I can't access any drive.


please help me. How I can solve it. because I can't do anything with my work. All of my working files in this computer.

    Download ComboFix from here: http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe


    Then close all running programs, including web browser, instant messenger, etc and then run ComboFix.


    It will ask you whether it should start cleaning or not. Press 1 and hit Enter. Don't stop it while running. While doing this your screen may disappear but don't worry, it's a normal behaviour.


    At the end ComboFix will generate a log file. Save it and post it here.

  • In this particular case ComboFix doesn't help you much, since the virus in question isn't from the Vundo family. To fix the problem you should do the following:


    Open up an Explorer window and make sure that you can see the hidden files. Then type in to the address bar D:\ (or any other drive you have problem with). Make sure that you use the address bar, and don't click the drive directly. After that delete the "autorun.inf" file from the drive.
