Bdss.exe Issue

I've had BD for over a eyar and have had no issues until recently. Bdss.exe is stalling at 95 - 100% memory usage. I havn't made any changes in my computer recently. havn't installed anything or uninstalled anything. can't figure out why it would do this. it is nearly impossible to do anything while its using that much memory for extended amount of time. why has it started doing this? is it a glitch or what? how can I repair the situation?

    :unsure: Same problem here exactly. Don't like the solutions suggested in another forum that skips larger files and only checks .exe files because that guts the virus detection we paid for. No solutions here.

    Did either of you get this sorted? I have the same problem and have done for a while now. I tend to put up with it or end the process, yes i know its not a good idea but it starts up straight away but with a more realistic CPU usage figure.
