Hello, i have an issue with my bitdefender total security bug. it shown a weird wording. and also the firewall is not active, i cannot block apps or link. also the notification doesn't show anything. i don't know where to log support case.

i tried the website support email /consumer/support/help/. it's stuck at loading when tried to send the log.

i also have tried uninstall and reinstall the apps. it still look the same. but my other pc looks normal. just my home pc is got problem.

    Depending on your selected product and the type of issue you're facing, you can reach a support representative via email, chat, or phone.

    If you choose email support, you will receive a ticket number in your registered email. Kindly generate and attach the following logs to the ticket:

    Generate Bitdefender BDsysLog: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/1922/

    Generate Bitdefender Support Tool Log: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/1733/

    Generate Bitdefender Connectivity Log: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/9689/

    If the generated logs are larger than 25 MB, which is the attachment limit for most email vendors, you can upload the logs to https://upload.bitdefender.net/ and share the link with the support team.

    It is the same issue notified in another thread and the solution for now is not install the en-US language pack. The bug has been signaled to the team dealing with it, but at this time they were unable to reproduce even with all the comments. The issue is continuously debugged and I am confident a fix will be found after the issue can be reproduced.

  • i have tried the email support on wwwdotbitdefenderdotcom/consumer/support/. with logs attach. but when i click send. it's stuck at loading infinitely. is there other way to send email with logs? like direct email? i cant find email address to support.

  • i finally manage to fix it by reading the post that you shared. i change my locale from English -UK to English -US. now everything is work. including my other apps that keep on crashing. i don't know why the english -uk is broken.

    im not sure if this will help to try reproduce the issues. in my pc i have install cuda v11.8, python 3.10.7, nvdia NvToolsExt for requirement of my ai tool. which is InstantID-Controlnet.

    diffusers==0.25.1

    spaces==0.19.4
    omegaconf

    also some other software like windows software development kit - windows 10.0.19041.685.

    and another also, my homepc is an upgrade from windows 10 to windows 11.

    im not sure if this the cause of english - uk corrupt. but this is the only difference in my homepc compare to my officepc and laptop which both of them working normal.
