Hello @EdgarGT,
If the issue persists, Restart the computer then try
again to sign in. If this doesn't help, check for other security
solutions and uninstall them. Try connecting to a different network (another LAN, mobile data, etc.). In the event the error message is still present, do the following:Change DNS server settings:
- Go to Control Panel.
- Click on Network and Internet.
- Click on Network and Sharing Center.
- Click on Change Adapter Settings.
- Double-click your active adapter (network) and choose Properties.
- Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4), then click Properties.
- Select Use The Following DNS Server Addresses and enter the following
addresses: - Preferred DNS server: 8.8.8.8
- Alternate DNS server: 8.8.4.4
Click OK to confirm, then restart the PC.
For IPv6: - Preferred DNS server: 2001:4860:4860::8888
- Alternate DNS server: 2001:4860:4860::8844
If this doesn't help, I would recommend to contact the Bitdefender Support team for further assistance. You can reach them using the link below:

Hi guys, I'm back.
Thanks for your help.
I found this link searching deeply with google: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/17225/ and followed the lastest command line instructions.- ipconfig /flushdns
- ipconfig /release
- ipconfig /renew
- netsh winsock reset
- netsh int ip reset
- Restart your computer afterwards.
After restart, as expected, I lost my ip addresses and DNS, so wrote them again, and the problem was fixed.
This was happening on three computers and after executing this commands the problem was solved.
Thanks a lot for your help.
Regard, Edgar.2 -
