Can't submit a support ticket
It just sits there with the animation on repeat until it failes with a captcha expired message.

It appears that they're having issues with that site as well as with the False Positive submission site, which has been reported. Hopefully, it will be resolved soon. Thank you for letting us know.

I was going to use the email address from one of my previous support tickets but thought I would start by filling in the form. Is that necessary? An email address is much better for adding link etc?

The submission forum is currently experiencing issues and is still under maintenance.
If you are submitting a malware sample, as a temporary measure, you can upload the file to virustotal.com and copy its hash. Then, send an email from your registered email with Bitdefender to bms@bitdefender.com and share the false negative/false positive sample hash with them. You can also inquire about any other issues you might be facing. Although the email is primarily limited to mobile security-related issues, sometimes you can contact them regarding other issues if other means of contact are not working. The support team will reply within a maximum of 72 hours, excluding weekends.
There is one more means that you can use, and that is by contacting Bitdefender support by visitingSelect, How to's & Troubleshooting Bitdefender products→Troubleshooting→I don't know→Contact Support→You will get the option of chat, call or email.
If you want to report a file as a false positive/false negative, you can upload the file on
and share the upload link with the support team via email or chat option.Regards

Sending an email directly to the above stated email address will not reach the support team. Instead, when you create a ticket with Bitdefender, you will receive a ticket confirmation via that email address, stating that your ticket has been generated.
