Bitdefender does offer email protection, but it is limited to the following products:
- Bitdefender Premium Security
- Bitdefender Premium Security Plus
- Bitdefender Ultimate Security
- Bitdefender Ultimate Security Plus

@JULS1995, I do agree with your point in certain situations, where emails may originate from legitimate domains, but the associated username could be spam or suspicious. A prime example is a ransomware. The ransom note may contain an email address like xyz@gmail.com, where the domain is genuine but the username is spam or suspicious.
@Alexandru_BD, do you have any thoughts on this?

Hi, thanks for the reply but this is not really helping me. I have received this email: how can I report it to BitDefender? Its not a website, its just a phishing email. Can BitDefender somehow work to stop or prevent Spam? I have seen other Antivirus having emails to forward phishing emails. That's why I was asking.

I have just updated my previous comment and tagged @Alexandru_BD, the forum administrator, to see if he can provide some information here.
As far as I know, there is currently no direct way to send spam or suspicious emails to the malware research team. However, there is a workaround, but one needs to be careful in doing so. Typically, the spam or phishing emails that one receives contain a URL to click. When you click on it, it opens the spam or phishing website. You can then report that website to Bitdefender malware researchers to check it, and as a result, you will be safer.
If you believe that a website or file is not detected by Bitdefender as malicious or phishing, kindly report it to our malware research team using the forum provided at the link below:
If the website or file is indeed malicious or phishing, detection will be added within a maximum of 72 hours. However, if no detection is available even after 72 hours, please consider the website or file as safe, as determined by our malware researchers, and no detection will be created for them.

Hi, thanks for the reply. Let's wait for your colleague opinion too. Regarding reporting the link to the malware team: should I select "false positive" or "false negative"? In this case it's neither, as it is just a clear malwere website. Thanks.

I wanna add that as you said it's dangerous to open the link from the phishing email, that's why it would be better to forward or send the email as attachment (so you have the internet headers) in EML file for better analysis.

Hello @JULS1995 and thanks for joining us here.
Do you have the Bitdefender Antispam filter enabled? It is not possible to completely stop spam from being sent to your email address. But there are several steps you can take to minimize the amount of spam you receive.
Most email providers allow you to report spam emails as junk or spam. Reporting spam helps to improve the accuracy of the antispam filters and prevents future spam messages from making it into your inbox.Check out this article for more information:
I don't think there is any 100% effective method to combat spam out there, as I stated above, but there are proven guidelines and best practices that can improve the online experience and protect you from unwanted or malicious content. And yes, you may also proceed as @Flexx suggested.
If you are already using the Bitdefender Antispam filter, this article may also prove useful:
It would be nice if Bitdefender could also help law enforcement to fight the scammers. - Bitdefender is engaged in various projects to fight cybercrime globally, and does cooperate with the relevant authorities in this regard. Bitdefender is also part of the Cybersecurity Tech Accord for a safer online world, a collaboration among over 150 global technology companies committed to protecting their customers and users and helping them defend against malicious threats. Most recently, the company has joined GASA.
And the list goes on.🙂
