Critical Error ! ... Some Dangerous Viruses.....

Whenever i open a folder in Windows Explorer I get the following message window.

And no matter what I click it redirects me to <link removed>


I then reset my Internet Explorer 7 settings and the problem dissappeared.


But what if occurs again?

    trojan.bho.obt detected. But was not detected during infection also not detected during full system scan. it poped up all of a sudden.

    This signature was added today.


    Please make a Deep System Scan and clean all detections.


    Afterwards, if problems persist, please post the scan log and a HijackThis log.
