Automatic Payment OFF

Hi, My renewal date is coming up and I need to take it off of the Automatic pay.

I went to Settings but the "My Payment" & "View" info is not there, Just My Name & D with the Bell beside it only up Top … The Security says on 1 Device /Install (white button)

The other 2 buttons are Blue to install or activate (Not needed)

Then this & that's it. Thanks

    You can stop the auto-renewal for the Bitdefender subscription, by following these steps:


    Just follow the steps as described in Method 1, because some users in the past reported that the steps from Method 2 didn't stop the auto-renewal.
    Also, from my personal experience, Method 1 did/does the job.

    Thanks, I've done this the # 1 one, a few times Yesterday & I still haven't received a response back but, I did get an email TODAY saying on the date due, I will be billed $99.00. Ya, Thanks.

    I can do better then that when it is on sale again.

    So I want the sale price when it comes by Black Friday. I'm not a winning lottery ticket. (Not rich).

    I will do it again now.

    if I don't get a response by Them then I will just Delete My whole account when the sale is in place & start fresh all over again & with the right email I asked Them to use.

    I already tried to use My everyday email to type in here & it wouldn't let Me do so saying, I needed more posts first. So I had to use the old email which is also on My Bitdefender account.

    I only use that email 4 My Facebook, Twitter X… etc… stuff like that only.

    My payment email is My Everyday email. I'll only change it on My Bit…. Account when I get this problem fixed first.
