A quick check on the internet suggests that it might be a malicious file, though this is just an assumption.
Here’s an alternative approach you can try:
Download the VirusTotal app (
) for Android from the Google Play Store and scan your entire device with it. This will help you identify if any particular file is malicious by testing it against the majority of antimalware vendors. If a detection is found by well-known antimalware vendors, you can share the file's hash here, and it will be forwarded to the Bitdefender malware research team for further analysis. However, if no detections are reported, you might consider asking your question in the Android Community Forum (
) for additional insights.Regards

I'm scanning regularly my devices with Malwarebytes ( PC and phone )...
I've founded another strange thing looking the scans/in the files stored in the backup, there is an extension ".nomedia",I've performed a scan of that file ".nomedia" with Virus Total, the result was this :
If you look in the comments you'll find people saying that is a malware or something malicious but instead in the results of the scans it looks clean ... What you think about it?
Anyway I'll follow your advices trying Virus Total app and asking in Android forum community....
Do you suggest me to open a ticket with the assistance for this?

The file is clean; it is developed by Google itself, as per the VirusTotal link you shared.
Also, you received a satisfactory response in the Android community, as I can see.
