XDR Network Sensor Testing
Hello,
I'm trying to test XDR Network Sensor, I followed up the instruction and set up two network adapters in Hyper-V manager as asked, but the virtual appliance doesn't show up in the Gravity Zone Console.
One thing I noticed is in the first option of setting up network configuration is that on either eth0 or eth1 I don't see an option to choose Promiscuous mode for either of the two adapters.
Any tips how to solve this.

From the attached screenshot the eth1 marked with "current" would be the one with Promiscuous Mode.
Please ensure you follow all the steps from which has also a section dedicated for installing the Network Sensor on Hyper-V.
If you have followed the steps and you still have an issue please open a support case with us so we can investigate it in detail.

One more question, do I need to have a proxy from step 7 since in my environment we don't use it.

Yes, as it will be used by the Network sensor to communicate with GravityZone console.

I managed to solve it, also I noticed the bug in virtual appliance, in the settings of eth0 and eth1 when you choose etho0 to set up a static IP address it shows the settings of eth1 and vice versa.

Glad to see you were able to resolve this.
Regarding the bug that you discovered I am not aware of it so kindly open a case with support, share the steps to reproduce it and we can investigate it further.
