I have tried multiple times to purchase Bit Defender Gravity Zone on their website, but the payment cannot go through, what might it be the reason, please i asap help with this.

    Which product are you trying to purchase?
    What error message do you get? Also, please make sure that your bank does not block this type of transaction with the payment processor.
