I have begun a topic in the hopes some of you have some reasonable suggestions for a non-IT computer operator. Tech support has tried to be useful, but I can not get my sysdump.tar file to send through any of my email. Now, the chat line is inoperable and the email will not work. I have no idea what to do. I would really like the reported protection this software is supposed to provide, but am wondering if it is worth the effort.
I did install Bit D on my XP system, and it destabilized my system. I did uninstall it and apparently something prohibits me from reinstalling it. I am thinking it was not a complete uninstall, but have no idea how to determine that and what to do if, in fact, that is the case.

If you still have the sysdump and also if you have any ticket number that identifies your previous chats with the support, please include all of them in a private message to me so that I can send them and also track the situation of your problem.
