Can't Register With Bd

i have been trying to contact BD for a few days now and although i have a internet connection i can not register with BD.

i have a few trojans on my system and the scan can not remove them. it says "not possible to remove". as a result i can get on the internet and can send emails but can not find a way to let BD know that i have a problem even though i bought the product.

wish things were a bit easier, like maybe just a EMAIL address would make live soooooooooooooooooo much easier or wow what about an telephone number. they really make it difficult to contact them. i am thankful however that i could register on this forum. so in more than a week this is the first time that i have had close to direct contact with them. please help.
