Error Reading Plugins Path From Registry
I can't get BitDefender to update itself. It has been doing this from day 1. The only way for me to fix it is uninstall and reinstall. If I get the manual "weekly" update application and try to run it myself I get "Error reading plugins path from registry" when it tries to run. If I try to update inside BD09 it tries to start but never does anything.

I'm afraid that's not it, I scanned my system with the tool and the results are clean. Checked it twice..... rebooted, ran it again, still coming up as "clean". BitDefender still won't update, this is getting to be a slight pain in the bum.0 -
Rather than try to fix this and waste anymore time on it I'd like to get a refund. What is the process for doing so? I've already deleted it off my system and installed something else that's working correctly.
