Hi,


I am running xp64 sp2, but when i install bitdefender total security and i want to activate my account, the system says: can't connect to the server, please try again later.


In windows vista X 64 it's working fine???


Please help.


I do have internet connection in xp and firewall is turned off.


I am out of ideas.


Myaccount.bitdefender.com is working well.


Tried to contact support, but there is no response from there................

    your phone line disconnects me everytime i call, your live chat goes to email, even after the guy in live chat said "restart your comp and come back and we will talk"


    i came back he was gone.. he had no care in the world for my needs..


    after spending 120$ i expect some sort of service but obviously you guys do not agree.
