When a users asks us how he can install and what are the prices of our 2010 products , we find it normally to direct him to the BitDefender page where he can see the prices of our product and provide him help on how to install BitDefender . It is his decision if he want to try BitDefender or not and no one will force him to do that.
All the issues described in this forum are analyzed by us , so that we can improve our product and solve these situation as soon as possible .

Well, there are some users having no probs with BD 2010, for example me. Of course you see only negative postings, because nobody will post about problems he doesn't have.
