  • Hello Marmotte ,

    Please provide us a screen-shot of the error message that is displayed . In order to do it please follow the steps bellow :

    1. When the window is on you desktop press the PrintScreen key (PrintScreen is located at the top of the keyboard, at right. At this step we can not see anything, as the picture is copied into Windows' clipboard);

    2. Open the standard Paint program, that comes with every Windows installation (Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Paint);

    3.Paste the picture (Edit -> Paste);

    4.Save the file into the JPEG format into a location of your choice , upload it here and then post it.

    Thank you .

    Thank you for your answer but unable to access W. 7 since that it restarts loop. When we can uninstall the 2009, reinstall the 2010 and see if it can access the file Dump en "No failure mode" (Mode sans echec).

    "Compatible Windows 7? Always disabled firewall and blue screens"

    Thank you in advance

  • Hello Marmotte,

    It seems that there is an incompatibility between BitDefender 2010 and the "Rtnicxp.sys" driver, which belongs to some Realtek network cards . We are currently working on a fix and it will most probably be released today or tomorrow .

    We will keep you posted with further details.

    Thank you .
