Vault Driver Not Loaded

I can create a vault but then it wont open. Here is the message Bitdefender display.

    Hello edilpena,


    Please open BitDefender in Advanced View, select the Encryption module then click on the File Vault tab . After that select the vault that you have created and then try to open it . Select another letter for the drive, type in your password then click on Open.

    No matter what letter I choose for the drive, the message is the same; Error Code 0x00000001, The Driver is not Loaded.

    Please try to upgrade for free to BitDefender 2010 following the steps from the next link and let us know if the same issue occurs.
