Can I Have A Refund Please?

I really liked bitdefender back a few years, it was clean, quick and was very stable. Then I went away for a while and came back and bought BD2010. It's been crashing on all of my computers when it updates, or when it's scanning. Now over the last couple of days it's stopped Steam from loading and also caused notepad to crash when starting. I've sent *countless* error forms back when it crashed, all tagged with my email address.


I've *had* to uninstall BD from all of my computers to not only make sure I'm secured with an antivirus, but to also allow me to do normal day-to-day things.


Hopefully these issues can be resolved, then I can jump back at the chance to use BD as I do love it so much, I've just been let down.
